I was flicking through the channels tonight and I'm sure heard Martin Tyler say that baconface had let slip to Geoff Shreeves that un*teds game against Blackpool got postponed because all the rag fans couldn't make it up for the match. Did anyone see/hear it?

I was chatting to someone from Blackpool on Sunday and I asked what the weather was like because of the postponement and normally the coast is slightly warmer, or should I say, there's far less chance of it freezing on the coast.
He said, he didn't understand why the match was called off because the ground wasn't frozen

I live in Blackpool and omn Saturday morning everything had melted and it was raining. All the grass was just soggy. Called of far to early if you ask me!!!!

When he spoke to Geoff Shreeves, he actually said something like "because our fans would have problems getting up here from the south".
