Is there a Blue pub in Chester?

Hi all
Thinking about tying in a trip to Chester Races the day before the Derby in May. My mate lives in Chester and he hasn't found a truly blue pub yet, the ones he knows that have Sky Sports or Setanta on are always full of reds of the old Trafford and Anfield varieties. Not pleasant.

Has anyone any suggestions?
