Just read an article concerning Tevez and it said if a player plays less than 10% of the games they are contracted for, they allowed to terminate their contract. (or words to that extent).

So does this mean that if Tevez fails to move to a club in January and then stays in exile for the rest of the season, he could cancel his contract in the summer?.

Therefore allowing him to go to any club he wants on a free?

Wouldn't be surprised if Kia the snake has thought of this, if it is possible.

No that doesn't matter because the fucker has gone AWOL and we can't pick the twat if he isn't here.

He'd have to pay his contract out and the club he went too would owe us compensation, entitling us to over £30m i bet, so we'd benefit from it.

This is not true, it's 10% of the games he is available for and as he has largely made himself unavailable this season we have no worries on this count.
It's this, plus he's already played in a few games so he should be well outside the 10% seeing as he has been unavailable since about late September.

It's true - he could walk out...
... but the stupid d*ck has made himself unavailable by jetting back to Argentina so he's already been selected (subs count) for 10% of our clubs games this season - even if we win the League Cup and UEFA cup.
What a kn*b head.

So if no one buys him he has another season on the golf course to look forward too in 2012-13.

I am convinced City will stop paying him in Feb if no one wants to take a risk buying him (or he wants to be a greedy). City will probably sue him and Kia Jock to recuperate his wages and lost value too.

Revenge is a dish best served cold.

Does any one know what will happen if we don't sell him in jan does he have to come back? can we sue? whats the score?
