Is this the worst one?

The arsenal battering was worse.
The derby was much worse.
The capitulation against feyenoord was worse
The 2nd half embarrassment against Lisbon was worse.
The PSG loss was worse.
Spurs much worse
The lack of fight at anfield was worse.
Brentford was worse.

We lost in injury time after being 2-1 up after 86 minutes and stil reckon it's only about the 9th worst result of the season

Not even close, not many if they were being honest expected us to get anything out of last night's game, we gave it a good go and just fell short at the end against a very good team.
We are still not out of it and that's all we can ask for given the season we have had

Derby was hell.

The total capitulations at Paris and Arsenal not great either.

I expected us to lose last night and we did. Hard to see to happen that way but it wasn’t an unfair result: Madrid were better than us.

Yeah that one hurt!

Ironic isn't it how Pep's shut up shop mode (trust Kova + Gundo) actually opens us up!
The annoying thing is it looked like he'd found a solution with Stones in there who was playing well.

Then he thought "fuck this, I'll move John back to defence so I can bring on that guy who's struggled in that position all season..."

It's quite a rebuild that's for sure. Theres the ageing players but it doesn't feel like the players brought in since the treble are world class like the ones there before. Also we haven't bought any leaders. The club should be focusing on mentality players - im struggling to see where the next kompany, fernandinho, rodri
gundogan, walker even, comes from which is the main worry. Dias maybe but he's got a lot of mistakes in him. The mentality of the players is a massive step down for me. They've gone from borderline invincible to a bunch of human crumbles in a very short space of time.

United game(s) were worse.

We were underdogs in this game, but matched them, and beat them, for much of the game, but stupid individual errors cost us a (half) result.

I think it’s fair to say the CL this season has laid bare the problems and, because the ownership knows full well the lifeblood of the club is CL football and making (at least) the Round of 16, they also know this team is in need of a drastic overhaul.

Thankfully, it seems a few players might bring in a few quid, but the likes of KDB being able to walk for free is galling. Ideally, I think he has another year in him IF PEP USES HIM
PROPERLY, but it’s clear we need more SIZE, SPEED & STRENGTH to compete every 3 days in the PL, CL, CC, FAC.

It’s half time so not a disaster. I think we’ll win in Madrid, I shall be there as I have for every game home and away since before Covid.
Losing your brother 13 days ago is tragic, hard to deal with and something you can’t turn around. CITY CITY CITY……….
Sorry to hear

Each time it happens it feels like the worst, it’s so predictable and inevitable. Many will say Pep cannot be blamed for individual mistakes but it happens too often

There is a complete lack of organisation and tactics, it seems to be on the players alone to make it up on the pitch for each game. Spending all this money on new players is pretty pointless

The coaches and manger are as culpable as any of the players

Ancelotti has pulled Peps pants down 4 times out of 5 that says something

The derby for obvious reason but Feyenoord was a disaster giving the consequences of the result down to Pep’s brain fart bring 3 unnecessary subs on at once

For most of the game we played well yesterday. Two late errors. Wasn’t a a capitulation and we weren’t ran ragged.

It's because the players have had an "easy" ride the last few years.

We have been that good, opposition teams are mentally 1 nil down in the tunnel.

We usually control games and only get into top gear in half a dozen of them. The defence weren't usually on the back foot all the time. The midfield were in total control of the ball and the forwards created chance after chance after chance.

Now we are running around like headless chickens. Eddie/Ortega are making save after save. The defence is all over the shop, midfielders chasing shadows and forwards feeding off scraps.

A total shitshow of a season. And it won't be fixed soon unless there is a big change in personnel or tactics!!!

Oh, so the tie is over then? Silly fucking me sat here thinking there is another leg to go.

Not the worst as we’ve done it plenty of times before this season, it was almost expected. United was the killer, I know we were in a bad run of form but I think that defeat did more damage than any other loss this season. Once the players knew they were capable of such defeats, it opened the door for it to happen again. Mentally shot.

If you believe some posters all is fine and dandy of course any defeat hurts but there has been a few this season that has had my head spinning
