Depends what the rate in Euro's is. very close to 20m. Papers seem to be putting 28m(as usual) and have doubled his 100k wages to 200k.

If you read right down at the bottom there is a direct quote for the president of Barcelona. As people seem to be reading the first couple of paragraphs and then switching off I will cut and paste it:
