Quite a few names we’ve not heard about for a while. Muir, Alcala, Ezra Carrington and Isaac Smith for starters.Another two months has gone by and, as far as I know, no sign of Dada-Mascoll. Is there any new info. on this lad.

Takes one injury and things look different. Can’t blame him for that. That’s the luck that’s also needed at that level. Some young players get one bad injury and it snowballs into many and they end up not having a career in the gameI'm keen for info aswell, I was told we had a Yaya Toure regen in the academy a couple years ago and he's barely played since!
That would be a shame for him and for us, he always looked a stand out player when I saw him.Takes one injury and things look different. Can’t blame him for that. Even within the club, seems there was real optimism about him as well. Football really flies by quickly. As much as I think he’s got potential, he’s been injured to the point I hardly remember him. Seen a number of seemingly talented players go from hero to zero after their first major injury - Mbete being one. Callum Doyle took his chance and his development since has gone so much better.Would be a real shame, watched the vid posted earlier in the thread and he speaks really well. Looks like he has a calm mature personality, hopefully his injury troubles settle down when he finishes growing. He was a right unit at a young age. Think Yaya himself was playing in Ukraine until his early twenties so plenty of time yet!
Plenty of time but rather than the time, I’m more worried about the impact mentally. Of course the physical aspect can’t be ignored as everything is just different. I mentioned above about Mbete. He’s one that was highly regarded too. Got a major injury and then Callum Doyle became part of that team that had Doyle, McAtee, Delap, Mebude, Borges and much more. Development got him has gone well since.Would be a real shame, watched the vid posted earlier in the thread and he speaks really well.
