I'm shocked at the naivety of some blues on here.

Yet again we are going for a lightweight unproven player based on hype rather than getting players that can do it in this league.

I'll support Isco if he comes of course I will but I know 100% we will be having a thread in 12-18 months time saying what a mistake it was.
I'm shocked by this post,he is one of the best midfielders in world football FFS

I'd take Arnaoutovic at Stoke , Ighalo , Sigurdsson. Winjaldum at Newcastle. John Stones.

Our problem is we pick players because they are hyped up and not in work rate and proven premier league ability.

How long will you support him for? 6 months like you have KDB and Sterling? Isco is a mistake but Arnautovic wouldn't be? My original reply still stands, just add a few more on the end.

Very exciting. One thing we can say about our owner and executives, they keep the pressure on through continuous improvement. Most would look at our roster compared to the rest of the league, and conclude we don't need another creative midfielder.

When our older players start declining, we won't get caught with our pants down like the rags did.

Would love this to happen, could see his quality pre season when he played us of the park hope their is something in it

I know right. This will be a disaster, just like that lightweight, unproven Spanish attacking midfielder we signed from Valencia in 2010.

I wish we were going for players like Jon Walters instead. Proper premier league proven lads.

Spot on lad, Walters knows the ins and outs, mega PL player, his goal today proves it, wouldn't mind shelling out £20M.

Stoke , Watford, Bournemouth are they in la liga?

We are playing in a fast paced league which requires strength as well as skill.

Pssst, it was a short arse, lightweight who ran us ragged at Stoke, just a heads up.

And whole we are at it, we should also get rid of some of the s**t fans we have who know nothing about supporting the team, and have spent decades just snagging off the players.

I am unhappy about certain aspects of our team and the manager. But to suggest most of the team is garbage, when they just turned it around today with fantastic resilience at a difficult ground, and are 3 points off the top (well ahead of equally expensive Chelsea and Manure) and finished top of a very tough CL group....

And Incidentally silva was possibly the worst player from our side today. Of course, that just means he had an off day and needs to catch up on fitness, but the fact that you pick him and Aguero, two class players but who have been well off the pace this season due to injuries perhaps, speaks volumes about the footballing knowledge you have garnered in 28 years.
Their type have been around forever and are best ignored.

Isco goes to any other team in the Premier League and we'll be regretting I think.
