If this appointment has been in the pipeline for a few weeks then I don't think it will make a difference to the Isco situation.
If this is a sudden appointment then I suspect MCR or Ric probably won't have heard anything yet. I don't think they get live updates.
I would imagine that txiki and ferran will know plenty of people on the inside of real who will give them info if required. Maybe Isco is just fed up with the Madrid circus?

It'd be wishful thinking to say that Benitez's sacking doesn't change anything. One of the main reasons Isco was looking to leave was because of his relationship with Benitez.
Maybe if Zidane continues to leave him on the bench then a move could still be a possibility, but personally I think Isco will see how things pan out under the new manager before making any decision about his future.

Surely Perez would have let Isco know Benitez was on his way if he thought there was a chance of him leaving?
