Isco

I thought he would have been used as the pivot but Pep used him as an 8.

I wouldn't rule out Pep seeing him next season as a pivot and bringing in another 10/ 8 to rival David and Kev.
This is why I resigned to us not getting Isco. I think our midfield purchase will be for a starter at DM.

He want's out of Madrid because of a lack of game time but i'm not sure he would get much more for us , personally i'd rather look for a midfielder who is going to shield our back 4 that is been our problem all season to easy to play against, Chelsea and Leicester were champions because they had that critical player Ngolo Kante soon to be named player of the year

Why though? If a player is available and will improve the squad then why let silly grievances get in the way? He didn't publicly slate us, he just got a better offer at the time. If an offer from Real Madrid had been on the table when we signed Kompany, Zabaleta etc then they probably would have rejected us too. All of our players are with us because at that particular point in time, they felt that City could best serve their careers and/or bank balances. They arrive for professional reasons, but so long as they as do their best and hopefully come to love the club over time then i don't see the problem with that. There's no reason why Isco couldn't do the same.
Good response that mate - totally agree

Isco On bench again for big game tonight
May be time to leave
So is coman so is costa
Would love all three

Has just scored an absolute beauty of a solo goal against Gijon to equalise for Madrid.

So jealous of their squad, 2nd team is better than our current first... Pep would do wonders with such players.
