ISIHAC and Lionel Blair

Iain Pattinson who wrote these jokes had a brilliant comic mind. Really sad that he died relatively young.

Can't believe it's 20 years since the two men of Verona joke was first broadcast. Fair to say they wouldn't get it on the radio now.

Over lockdown a few late 90s episodes were repeated and it's fair to say, if anything, they were funnier than when they were first on.

I saw it recorded with Jack Dee, and Garden, Cryer, TBT and Brydon as the 4th guest.

Very funny, with an alternate-word letter round that was never going to be broadcast, and may well have been burnt for safety - Berlusconi had sent the Pope a gift...

Went the other week to the Leicester recording. Been before, always a very funny night out. Also went to the Jeremy Hardy tribute one. Extremely funny and emotional night. Especially as I was sat next to Victoria Coren Mitchell and her cleavage. My missus sat next to her after the break. The witch.

You get teary when you're turned on then?
