I agree that it would be courtesy to tell Celtic we were interested but I'm not sure we have an obligation to under the current FIFA regs for U-18s, anyone know the full details?

We are getting a player with ambition who is weighing his options. Celtics did him a favor because of what they could gain from him. They are not unconditionally benevolent. So he doesn't owe them. That said, he had meetings with us. He did not come to us. Celtics are pissed that some young talent is weighing his options.
