It´s our fault

You do realise that the problem is that he has set the bench mark for us 2 times now;

First time was when he came, showing that world-class players were willing to play for us if we gave them a ridiculous amound of money. You dont have to want to play for us, you just have to be willing to play for us and get a healthy reimbursement.

Then the flood gates opened, now we have a team of world-class players.

Now he has set the benchmark again. He has said that he has had enough, and he will force a move. Refuse to play, take the cash. Sack him, he doesn't care he's taken enough money from us and he'll find a new club within weeks.

This is the worrying thing, who is to say that the other star players won't do the same thing in the next few seasons once they say, ahh living in Manchester/England is not worth it anymore I want to go back to Spain, Italy etc.

Do you genuinely think Silva, Kun, Nasri et al are here because they love the club? Each of them have forced a move from their former clubs before...

This is the worrying thing, and there is only so long we can keep replacing these players with equally as good ones.

Tevez isn't even original. Robinho did it first or have we all forgotten him, as we will Tevez?

we need to get a few things straight.

without tevez we wouldn't be where we are, mancini too, of course the biggy being the sheik.

if it was to be one of those 3 that broke rank thank god it was the mard arse tevez, truth is though we knew what he was like when we got him. tevez thinks he's being big with his tantrums, his transfer requests and so on, well guess what carlos, we've used you, we've bled you dry, you fell for the dollar like we knew you would and i've got news for you, you were never going to play for the next two weeks either way.the other lads are playing better than you.

we now move on with our reputation and standing rising all the time, carlos meanwhile has fifa saying sack him.

our fault? not in a fucking million years.

we've creamed the kid.

Right on, de niro. I ain't takin' any blame for him refusing to get his heavily remunerated arse off the bench.

spot on!

Fuck me, ANOTHER Tevez thread?

This one's actually OK though, some good points being made.

No mention of Kia in all this? It's him, not Tevez, that thought he'd outsmarted City, getting us to pay him £35m ish for a 5-year contract thinking that contracts don't mean shit and he'd engineer a move in two years time.

Actually, Kia's come out of this looking like a complete fool. City's caution and refusal to back down and Kia's inability to find another rich benefactor in today's lower-value transfer market has turned out making Kia look completely useless.

No wonder Kia's angry, and no wonder his cash cow / mouthpiece is trying to get our attention any way he can, he just wants another big pay day before Tevez is too old to get another one. He's even happy to damage the value of his asset because he's getting more and more desperate.
