They'll - rightly - be adding another £20m to his price after he danced in front of Fernandes in the tunnel after beating them yesterday.
 
With this Luiz talk its either a back up plan incase another transfer falls apart, we have a big signing planned but in the summer or potentially a free agent lined up.

Just cant see Juve letting us get a 6 month loan without an obligation.

In all seriousness with the defensive reinforcements we can use someone else in midfield if Stones isn't fit and we dont sign a midfielder. We might have Cambiaso, we do have Gvardiol/Akanji/Stones/Lewis. We will be fine.

Sport at the highest level is a funny thing. It ay have only been Ipswich but the guys have confidence back.

It was the second goal for me. We looked blunt until the first. Then that went in and all of a sudden we've got players popping it round the corner, first touch, quick, incisive passing.

Confidence is an amazing thing!
 
Kovacic, Gundo and neither KDb will go without injuries between now and end of CWC in mid July. of course we need midfielders. just because Salford and Ipswich didnt run through our midfield and we ripped them apart problems didnt go away.
next set of 8-10 fixtures will be brutal if we dont have proper DM. and others need to improve as well and work very hard for the team off the ball.

all our next few 8-10 opponents are better than Brentford who gave us big problems.

I`d be staggered if we dont have a DM type this week mate to be honest with the Chelsea game looming and Feb is BRUTAL!

Viana wasn’t there in the summer. He’s now going to be our new director. All of sudden this window Fabrizio has broke exclusives for City. Going by Sporting fans on their Reddit Fabrizio was breaking Sporting exclusive targets in front of Portugal papers.

Viana was not involved in the summer to be fair, he clearly is now.

Also by the sounds of things we clearly had feelers out in the summer but Pep vetoed basically everything until Gundogan came along. He wanted a last dance with the old guard, which has in turn ended up as a new adventure

It would be another level of incompetence to not bring a midfielder in. I’d be gobsmacked

I think Nico Gonzales as the holding midfielder is the most obvious thing in the world, except the fact that we seemingly aren't going for him.

Cambiaso I think will definitely be a City player this year but I can see it not being until the summer. I am convinced we will sign a midfielder this winter though

Weren't it talks about a short registration window also right before the Club World Cup for the clubs participating?
