Ideally for me we'd replace KDB and Gundogan this window (Kovacic and Bernardo next Summer).

Grealish will most likely leave and be replaced (squad wise rather than positionally) by a HG player such as MGW/Eze etc.

Replace one or both keepers if they decide to go.

Bring in a FB that can potentially play RB and LB.

Sell or loan Walker and Philipps.

That would just about do it IMO. Rodri and Bobb fit and raring to go next season, Foden hopefully in better form. The Jan buys more settled.

I was annoyed we brought gundo back. Club legend but legs are long gone. I'll be equally annoyed if kdb goes and gundo remains. If we have to keep 1 player with no pace then kdb is my pick.

Pretty much what we'll do I think , except we know Gundogan is staying so Bernardo or Kovacic will need to leave this summer, Gundogan next. Cambiaso seems to be the full back that can play either side, MGW, replaces Grealish in the squad but Kovacic & Gundogan in the squad and he'll be a very good 8,IMO. Still think we'll bring in a 10 too and maybe a second full back but we will have a very good much younger squad next season,that can only get better over the next few years.
Plus whatever keepers need changing.

Rather keep Bernardo than KDB or Gundo and it's likely that we will since he can backup Rodri. He's just not a winger anymore though.

I wish all 3 go. The rebuild has to be this season. They have too much influence. Only one who should stay and has a contract for next season anyways is Kovacic

i know what your saying mate ,but these decisions are contract driven
