I think the low fee (relatively speaking) reflected the absence of interest from other clubs. PSG got a free run at him.

I mentioned him a couple of months ago when he got his 1st cap. Ticks a lot of boxes with his age, physicality, pace, etc.
Glad he's on the list.
If this is true: I’m a fan of Branthwaite—no doubt about that. But dear lord, why are we replacing Stones with someone who looks destined to follow the same injury trajectory? It’s like swapping one fragile CB for another.
And besides, do we even need another centre-back right now? If we do, are Everton actually willing to sell—and at a sensible price?

I heard that we were looking at Antonio Silva but that has died out, have you heard anything about CBs?

Savio and Khusanov are 21 now, so next season they dont get grouped in the u21 list and become a foreign player spot, so your 17 becomes 19 now.
This is why with all the transfer talk happening, im findung it difficult to see where the foreign spots are.
MGW links make more and more sense.
Without Wirtz that's only a 6/10 window.
Reading that Jack Gaughan article and following the news links in recent days, I get the feeling we are being primed to stick with what we have in attack and go with Foden/ Marmoush in the number 10.
