We need to improve this summer that means signing players for a rebuild. We can’t stand still relying on players to come good or players to magically get over their injury issues or relying on a kid who’s had a broken leg and now a hamstring issue to be our creative spark in midfield.

Foden as well we don’t know if he will be back to his best, with the club World Cup he won’t get much of a rest. If he is dealing with mental fatigue and a illness he wont get enough rest to sort those issues.

If we don’t get this summer right we will be fighting for top 4 again next season. Dippers will improve , Arsenal will improve we can’t stand still. Our midfield has been awful all season without Kev we have no creative spark in the middle.

Our wingers don’t know how to put the ball in the net, granted they are still young but we need goals in this team. Marmoush will help, but we don’t have goals from the middle anymore. Only one last seen was Kovacic who could offer a threat from the middle. Kev can when he was fit but he’s gone

Right back and left back is a major problem it’s where the defensive issues this season have been especially when Tottenham battered us. That needs urgent addressing. It’s been two positions that have been weak all season

This summer to actually challenge again we need.

Viana likes his data signings but we also need a sprinkle of world class? He`s not shopping for Sporting now so i`m all for young exciting talents like Wesley if the data and scouting says so but the likes of Reijnders, Cambiaso, Rodrygo etc should also be signed if possible!

Well if no Wirtz we will probably incorporate a way to have Marmoush and Haaland playing together all the time.

Foden needs to re discover his best form which he will and MGW can play higher if needed (if signed) but it also gives Muskusa and Echeverri a better chance of playing eventually.

If we are going the data signings route with Viana. I understand the links to Trincao, best creator in Portugal this season and one of his strengths is ability to break down low blocks, press resistant and keeps possession. He fits what we need
