I find it very difficult to believe that we let KDB go without a replacement already in place, did we believe wirtz was that player ?

Think we accepted Kev was in decline and we need to replace him in the squad and free up his wages. Wirtz was an option but we must have known we’d struggle to attract him. I think we will look to rebuild without replacing Kev. I just don’t see a way to replace him.

Interesting that although Garcia is linked around, for instance us and Arsenal it would be as a rotation option.

Garcia is good enough to start for us. Really hope we don’t spend 50m+ on Costa, definitely not worth it

yep xavi is horrible. Spoiled since he was young. Again Cherki is still out there and should be a must have. Got his first call up for France too
