At first I read it and thought support your team through thick and thin was our duty as supporters but think of the scenario and Tan rather than sheikh mansour, would we be any different.
The infighting over changing to a red shirt would have been horrendous

"I can now muck about as I want" kind of sums it up. For some that's more important than the match.

There's something irritating about these clowns who feel the need to hang themselves up on the cross and loudly and publicly harrumph about the fact that they are going to support someone else because 'their' team has been taken from 'them"'. Plenty of people stop going to the match for plenty of reasons, and if you make that moment the time when your club is at its highest point for 60 years, that's your choice. Defecting to some lower division club and jumping on the moral high ground over it is attention seeking and pathetic. You don't just choose a club to love: It takes a lifetime.

Would you accept City adopting a red badge, red kit and red stadium? I wouldn't be satisfied and would probably stop going until the owner had gone, but I wouldn't support another team that's for sure.

personally i could not wear a red shirt like utd's, i love our red/black striped one, but not all red, would i still go ? season ticket/card holder for 30 years, it would be a very difficult decision to stop, but then i do follow my local club chester home and away when city aren't playing and always have a great day out with my mates, so probably wouldn't be as hard decision as i think, especially with the ridiculous prices being charged for many away games

I believe that Coventry's plight could have been us, as the same people were sniffing around before Thaksin took over.

What would we have done if the owners had engineered a row with the council over the stadium, refused to pay the lease and moved our home games to Wigan or Blackburn?

The fact that the whole heritage of the club has been airbrushed away is pretty serious in my eyes to be fair. If City suddenly started playing in a colour that was totally alien I'd not be happy. I'm not saying I'd support another team but I can understand the feelings of the Cardiff fans.

From a close friend and life-long Cardiff City fan

Cardiff City I have made a decision. I think we need some time apart. Your latest idiotic ramblings today have once again made me ashamed. I will say my goodbyes for the rest of this season (although I have already done this at our true home Ninian Park) but I will not be renewing our vows next season. I'll pop and see u at a few away games with my mate John Casey but until u get rid of the idiots u now hang around with I'm done with u. My door is always open should u wish to rekindle what I thought would b a lifetime marriage. Oh and Vincent Tan...ur a ****.

An interesting question is 'how much would you accept from an owner before you stopped going to games? I'm sure anyone that has walked away from Cardiff still supports them, wants them to win but also wants the owner to leave and then they will probably go back again. It's an individual question and I bet if you asked 100 fans you'd probably get 80+ different answers.
