It was always going to happen

Yes, it's in the SUN... not long ago, they reported that it was 100% guaranteed Pep Guardiola was signed up to be the next manager at City. The next day, it was announced he was off to Bayern. Say no more. I don't believe a word they say any more.

For the most part the players are whores, the agents are pimps, the chairmen/owners are the brothel owners and we are the johns......
This is the nearest thing to hitting the nail on the head. I'm less arsed about it now. Players are only coming to us as we pay well and have a decent shout at winning things. The day we can't offer both is when we compete in the transfer market with Newcastle, Everton etc etc, and any decent players we have will inevitably get their heads turned.

Zaba, Vinny, Richards, Milner, Barry, Hart... I feel these players love the club, and love playing for the club. I believe Yaya loves the club too.. don't pay attention to what agents say.. It was only two weeks ago he expressed his desire to see out his career with us.

I am struggling to pick out many others who aren't just there for the £s though, but that will change with time. Once we cement ourselves as a top European side and start bringing through some really promising young lads from the academy, I think the mentality will naturally evolve.

Im not sure about milner or barry to be honest. Milner is an admirable professional and applies himself that way and as for barry, well hes been immense for the past 2 years but ive seen a lot of things from him that build up misgivings about his so called love for city.(dont ask me lest we get into a psychological debate)

But you obviously cant go wrong with vinni and micah- city through and through , especially vinni.

One rather disconcerting thing is that after writing the above sentence, i tried to think of any other player apart from the ones already mentioned that we can percieve as having love for city but I could not.

As for Toure, he is certainly within his right as a football professsional ( and a bloody good one as well) to negiotiate his future and his agent is also in his right and element to talk rubbish to the media as that is his job.

But, yaya has already intimated his desire and intention to continue at city and I personally also think he will stay.

So everybody Chillax( funny what words you learn from youtube).

if you repeat a lie enough people believe
happy anniversary 'BTW where are the WMD?' not in Iraq it would appear
seem to recall the Sun was the biggest cheerleader about this and Hillsborough, Jimmy Savilles charity work ect etc

tbf in every city squad of the past 3/4 decades I would imagine there is a only who really feel they have an affiliation with the club.

not every player before we got taken over had an Andy Morrison-type attitude towards the club

I don't know, I'm I read somewhere that Danny mills would have played for nothing and run through walls for the blue shirt ! Who was that cnut who offered to walk up the m6 to sign for us but took a detour to wolves ???

Personally I would consider Hart and Richards to actually be fans and truly love the club. Im sure Vinnie loves the club but I would doubt he comes close to Richards or Hart
