Part of the reason Kidd was hired. We all know Mancini's not the best of motivators nor some speech expert, Kidd's complementing him.

One of the issues we have is that, because RM is Italian, his words (in English) can be twisted to suit an angle, so, even when he's probably just complementing Brian Kidd for his overall involvement and contribution, it becomes "our win was due to Kidd".
