It would be a disgrace

It would be a travesty if Arsenal won the league. They're literally Liverpool, but instead of having Gerrard and Torres, they have Fabregas and Arshavin. They are nowhere near good enough to win anything this year.

United winning the league would be a travesty for obvious reasons, and that they are being carried by Wayne Rooney.

Chelsea, for me, are the only team left that are 'worthy' of winning the league, although you don't get there by rights. So let's see which team fares better over the rest of the season.
a travesty ? why ? think your talking bollocks saying we are literally liverpool ! not saying we will win it but if we do its down to the character and mental toughness and the belief shown by wenger when everyone else was knocking him , still loads of arsenal fans still saying he should leave at the end of the season , mugs the lot of em who say that . to be champions you need a slice of luck here and there and the character to rise above any adversity thrown at you over the season and we have certainly shown that , started the season off with nasri breaking his leg in the first training session of the pre season , clichy ruled out for months , gibbs ruled out for half a season , van persie the same , now ramsey , fabregas also been out , have been down and out twice after losing to the rags and chelsea home and away yet we are still hanging on in there . proud to be arsenal and always will be :) am still hoping that we win it , you finish fourth and the rags end up empty handed apart from the three handled cup of course !

Couldn't agree more. It's incredibly harsh to say Arsenal winning the league is a travesty. If you do it, it will be a tremendous achievement. At the start of the season, most fans and pundits were saying that Arsenal's place in the top 4 was the one that was most under threat. I didn't buy it for a moment, and said if anything Arsenal were genuine title contenders. Obviously, when you lost at home to Chelsea in November to fall 11 points behind it didn't look particularly likely but Wenger said at the time he was sure that Chelsea and the Rags would still drop plenty of points, and he's been proved right. I seriously believe that you can do it - the circumstances surrounding the wins at Stoke and Hull are what wins titles, and although it's easy to fall into the trap of saying you have the easiest run-in I can't see you dropping too many points between now and the end of the season.

It's all well and good pinpointing certain games where Arsenal haven't performed particularly well, but exactly the same could be said for Chelsea and United. Both those teams aren't as good as they were last season.

In short, the team that gets most points deserves to win the league - whoever that team happens to be.
