Considering how often a transfer story is created purely in the imagination of a journalist I too am surprise we ain't being linked too every player in the sun for £3.5billion.

To be fair we are linked with a lot of stories of players moving away from us.

I think it's only because the Euros fill up the sports sections... The papers will have lots of space to fill with transfer gossip again soon - unless it's replaced by Olympics coverage, of course.

Probably means that our squad is a strong one, any links wouldn't even make much sense. I think, for us, we are waiting for after the EUROs and probably sign a squad player or two.
