Yes,but it is still minus 15 degrees outside,add wind chill to make that minus 40.
Brass monkeys are walking Yorkshire Street in search of welders.

I actually went out with a girl from Fitton Hill once,( she said "it were nice when I lived thurr",so you can tell this was some time ago),and she ended up being sectioned,such is the effect I have upon women!
