Any player subject of a £90m bid wouldn't be playing for their club in case of injury. They certainly wouldn't have been playing in a friendly at Bournemouth! How many times has Bale played?

Not happening this summer. I wouldn't rule it out next summer though if Bale is a success.

Mods is it possible to tidy up such ambiguous "attention seeking" threads with no clue in the title to what they refer?
IMO thread titles should indicate what they are about; ie "Plain Speaking"
Can we move to the Bale thread?
