Just returned from my doctors, it's now been confirmed I suffer from severe stomach migraines. I've had them for a number of years now and I've been given all sorts of rubbish to put down my neck however after ending up in A&E my GP wanted a sit down. Turns out they believe it could be down to stress and mapped out a number of likely causes, one of which is City! Apparently it's no coincidence I occasionally get it around a big moment for City, for example the CC semi, FA Cup final, Monday night and our title chase etc. Of course they're not the only reason however apparently my love for the club is a contributing factor, so there we are, City are a contributing factor to me being rendered useless every so often. Thanks City, you can repay me with a win on Sunday and stop me worrying! We all knew this club is bad for our health, it's now confirmed. I'm 19 on Sunday, dread to think what I'll be like when I'm 59!

i cant believe thats happening and your 19! hope it all sorts itself out for you mate! Im 20 and just get a ridiculous heart beat and the shakes

I've had high blood pressure since I was 21. In addition, I started going grey at 15. My doctor didn't directly relate the diagnosis to City but who knows? Many more seasons like this and I don't expect to make 59.

Perhaps not a major health problem but, I kid you not, I developed a twitch in my left eye around Feburary and as the season has progressed it has got noticeably worse. So much so, It was like having a hanheld fan clinging to my face during the second half on Monday.

Totally agree with op

I am 35 and was at the game on Monday night beside a man clearly well into his 70s or even older

At one stage ( possibly during the Mancini fergie incident below us ). He put his hand on my shoulder and said. ". Young man you are going to have a heart attack , please calm down.

It was only then I paused and realised my heartbeat was going crazy speeds and I had chest pains

But by fuck .......I love this club

I am 47 and I attribute all my health problems to stressing about the next city game, I really expect to die before the end of the season but if I do I will be looking down on you and cheering you on.

I always told my wife she would find me dead in front of a city game

for sure causes conditions, theres the early grey hair syndrome, severe stress and high blood pressure due to supporting city long term, over last 35yrs have suffered from all,lol

I'm 19 too and past few weeks have given me constant insomnia, Night before the Rags game was proper bad, don't think ill get any sleep at all on Saturday night either. All worth it in the cause of supporting City of course!
