Although the journalist has got a point, because of course it is a problem for the English national side, that there are so many foreign players in the Prl, then it is not City who are the only one to blame.... How many years have the English side sucked at World cups and european championships (sorry guys)? And how many years have city been in the front seat with regards to signings? Arsenal was the first English side to have a starting eleven without a single English player. And look at their newest signing, another french defender. same with Chelsea and Liverpool. As long as there are no rules about the number of homegrown players in the squad then there will be a problem in this area. And then Heskey will be front striker at the English national side ;)
