Tolmie is still at Defcon 2 - a state of war readiness. I reckon the bomb is about to be dropped!
tolmie was a defcon 1 last time,so that means the the ALERT has gone down,defon 1 is the highest defcon, 5 the lowest state of alert,unless you watch american films which makes it out the other way.
