Hello Blues,
With regards to Dani Alves and with him obviously being a right-back, does anyone think Mancini may have plans to use Richards at centre-half?
Could this be the case if there is difficulty in recruiting another quality centre half, with uncertainty over Kolo and Savic in much need of a loan?
Ultimately a new centre half (Thiago Silva is a name I have seen mentioned alot here) would have to be of proven quality to break up the Kompany/Lescott partnership, and even then it's unlikely he would be thrown straight in.
Or is Javi Martinez the person to provide competition at both centre-hald and or central mid-field?

Tbh we have no need to go looking for someone like dani alves when we have pure quality at right back, dani alves may prove good when going forward but I would rather see our tank known only as Micah bombing forward and he is more solid defensively, plus Zabaleta is also more reliable then alves. Why change a good thing?

would only hope they play him as a winger in front of micah or zaba.

Anyone know what's happening with Weiss MJ and Nimely. We never hear anything, especially the latter 2. Surely Mancini has had time to make a decision on this lot. Would be delighted to see MJ back in the squad. He showed so much promise before all the injuries. Anyone think he can turn it round and become the player we all thought he would be?

From tolmies clues and videos like world shut your mouth n all i think we are signing V.Persie. He is a class player, experienced and world class. yes everyone is expecting us to sign him but that does not mean world will not be shocked, hes an arsenal boy and a great player and for him to make this switch will make a great statement about us.
So Rvp and martinez/de rossi But what about width/pace? we surely need atleast one winger? also if we are selling kolarov we need backup, zab can cover yes but he is also our only cover for RB and Micah as much as i love him does not have a great injury record. with either Martinez or de rossi we should be fine at CB.
Whats new with matias rodriguez? any info tolmie?
Bonatini and dybala are good prospects and good signings for our EDS if we can get them specially with the loss of roman
