It's time for someone in the upper echelons at City to do something positive and decisive on the transfer front. We are champions and we have money, we need to capitalise not capitulate.

Just got back from holiday and my batteries are well and truly charged and looking forward to Sunday.
I was told before i went (can't remember if posted on here) that the Rags are working very hard to get RVP, they want to make a statement and get one over on us, which is looking likely at the moment.

I can see Ferguson's logic in the RVP deal though. Even though RVP is 29 and injury prone, and would want at least a 4 year deal on big money, Ferguson doesn't care. He just wants to win the league again before he retires, probably at the end of this coming season or the one after. RVP's salary is someone else's problem after that. His crowning glory being to get one over on 'ickle Citeh. How times have changed indeed!

I'll shit it if Chelsea land Cavani though. Still reckon we have a good enough squad as it is to retain the title but it's when the outgoings start and who we bring in.

You can't honestly believe Bobby upwards are doing nothing. So it's not in the press, so no ITKs have given any clues, so what! City are going forward just leave them to get on with their jobs.
