Maybe this was the bomb that he was referring to.

PLEASE, please, please, please can we buy him and only play him in Carling Cup games. It would be the best however many million we've spent since the takeover.
I can only imagine what he's thinking about turning down our last offer now. Fucking love it.
Sorry i said this but i do think it is Rooney, apart from messi and fake ron who else would be defcon 1? I also watched the vid it says something city and then it sort of lights up with an explosion v near by. Tolm pls say if i am totally wrong then it can be over ... not sure what i think tbh.

United won't sell Rooney to City. It would send out the wrong message about what direction each club is going in and it would promote them as a selling club rather than a buying one. I also don't think that he would be interested in moving given his latest remarks about his motivation to reclaim the premier league title.
Ronaldo? Doubt it on the basis that it would be FFP regulation suicide basically. Too expensive and it'd comprimise it being a team game given the ego of the man. He's done everything there is to do in Madrid excluding win the Champions League but I simply do not see us moving heaven and earth to spend such a huge amount on one player, however good he is.
I'd expect Hazard to want to come to City now. Bale? Maybe, if spurs don't get CL football. Adebayor could be part of the deal wage demands dependant.

But in reality there's no way this deal could ever happen unless Rooney himself created a storm and demanded a transfer again, even the rags wouldn't fall to their knees for him a second time after caving in last time.
