Cracking player, he's not at fault cos of Blackburn and he missed Fletcher and likewise for him too.

He's cheap and a big lad, young, can move and carries his role well. Unlike many, I base my opinion on a few years rather than current. He was smashing at Walsall and bee good everwhre he's been. Why spend 10mill on a bit part player. Dann buys and sells Savic and compliments Lescott and Kompany. He's getable for 3million too.

Albiol is my main choice but foreign player place and his ambitions of first team football already make it difficult. Why would he leave Real for us to be in the same predicament.

We need to spend little and save for wages and fees for primary targets.

would like us to sign Yanga-Mbiwa if we are signing a centre back although personally i dont see the need for one as i feel kolo can still do a job and i still have faith in stefan, karim should get a loan to a team like norwich or southampton next year he would learn a lot from lambert. if we go for experience at the cd position then lucio would be a decent affordable option. do you have any new info on digne? and if the skrtel rumours are true i would be happy with him as hes been very good this season and has been their best player imo but does lack pace.

Cahill was a must, meets criterias such ad homegrown and relatively cheap. Being an Ejglad international is a bonus too. He had a bad tag at time for Bolton who were getting creamed at the back.

I can't communicate how much I think we were ignorant to the gift infront of us. He was a must really. Most of all he can play a bit and carry the ball out of defense and find a nice pass to the midfield. When you think he cost what Savic did then he really was a steal.

As for Collocini, great defender. You just know Newcastle are gonna rape us when we enquire about him. He's there figurehead at the back and we would pay through the nose for him.
