Well we will see. Pep is normally right, so we have to trust him.I think that's the plan. I also think it's a mistake.
Remember when we replaced Sane with Torres? Completely different players and we suffered as a result. Haaland is absolutely rapid, but at this rate he'll have no fucker able to keep up with him.
I think you have to replace Sterling like for like.
I'd back Haaland to break away and score.
(Oh Erling Haaland I think we should pay him some more!)
We lost Sane and replaced him, went on and won several more trophies and got to a CL final. "Suffered" is a bit extreme.
Pep changes things around, we had out and out pace for years and now we have gone more technical and slow.
Now we are bringing in a monster of a ST, so we are going to change again. It's all an evolution.
