Been watching these threads and I think I understand...

Laura Branigan guest starred in an episode of Knight Rider

Apart from KITT, the main star of Knight Rider was David Hasselhoff, known by all who love him as ‘The Hoff’

Dortmund apparently have a promising young striker called Erling Braut Haaland who started his career at Bryne in Norway

You only have to swap the R and the Y to get Byrne, as in David Byrne, a founding member of beat combo Talking Heads. Talking Heads had a popular music hit with a song called Psycho Killer

In terms of historic impact of actions, probably the biggest ‘Psycho’ in football was not Beanie Pearce, but Zvonimir Boban whose on field behaviour (sort of) kicked off the Balkans War

Boban also loves tennis and plays regularly with his big buddy and fellow Croat, Goran Ivanisevic, hold that thought for a moment…

If you remove the final six letters from the name Ivanisevic you are left with ‘Ivan’

We have never really replaced Mad Mario’s ‘ice in his veins’ penalty taking approach…
