We won't be paying £50m for full in any caseAny fee for left back now would have an extra 10 mil on it due to us selling zinchenko. Unless we go to Wolves who are broke this window

He is a good player but it is just too risky playing him as CB for long periods. In anycase that is Chelsea's problem. That's what the reports are saying, they want to use him as a left sided centre back.
This is very worrying
Because, just like with most targets, City seems to only have one option in mind every window and just skips out on it entirely if it doesn’t pan out. Dangerous games.Indeed, I wonder why he feels less certain.

That would be termed Plan 9 from Outer Space. Plan B is sign a left back that we can afford.Yeah, I too think our plan B is to wait until next summer to sign a new LB.
Just because we were negotiating with Brighton and they shut us down and are selling him to Chelsea. Of course we are further away. We do still have time but it doesn’t look like it will be before the start of the season..which isn’t great.Indeed, I wonder why he feels less certain.
Poor scouting I’d call it. Two senior fullbacks for 60 games and a World Cup in between. ScaryYeah, I too think our plan B is to wait until next summer to sign a new LB.
