Delph was decent enough but Pep decided he was a better full back than midfielder. Maybe it could be the same for PhillipsListen mate, that's fair enough. Fair comment bud, I just think we have an EDS player that could fulfill that role. Why not use the funds towards a replacement for Gundo as I can’t see him playing much next season due to his backListen mate, that's fair enough. clubs have several targets per position each offseason, besides misinformation and fabricated stuff. No need to assume we're going to buy x or z with such tenuous links.

If we wanted a RB we'd sign a RB. If we sign Phillips he might do a job there but it would be primarily to be a midfielder.
