How can a club spend 97m on a player and even consider letting him go a year later? Maybe because of there new owners ffp why’s it’s an easier deal to do no loss on the books money in the bank.

must be the worst investment ever, as Kepa has been there a while, who’s in second.

Several years ago, I listened to a podcast that claimed that numbers for the Pogba transfer were a lot higher than reported by the media and United, when he moved from Juventus.

The £89.5M was the number reported because United wanted to keep it on a hush that they actually paid way more than £100M for Pogba.

So its possible that Pogba was the most expensive between him and Lukaku, I would even throw in Grealish being cheaper than Pogba according to that Podcast. Perhaps some of the bluemoon members might know something about it.
