It would, but where would he play at another club? He’s not a standard left back and hasn’t played in midfield for years, barring international football.

Hes worth more than that, City wont bother unless he wants to go he can play in at least 3 positions you can't buy that

Definitely, if he’s open to going. Hence I’d use that cash straight up for Cucurella or Ait-Nouri. Shift Porro back for 20 odd mil. Dynamite business

Tielemans can’t run if his life depended on it let alone play as a lone 6. Massive pass. Bissouma as a player would be a good choice but as a person seems like a Mendy 2.0 waiting to happen

Think the case is gonna get cleared soon - Brighton is playing him & was allowed to go to AFCON, i think we should also distinguish between being found guilty vs suspicion & allegations. Not saying you specifically but a lot of people think both is the same.

Wolves made an £18m bid a few seasons back which City apparently accepted, but Zinchenko turned it down saying he wanted to stay & fight for his place & he believed he'd improve enough to warrant that.

I love this kid for the fact he could be guaranteed first team football elsewhere in the Prem, but believes so strongly in his abilities that he's willing to be a squad player & grab his chances when they appear.

I think he knows a move from City will only be to a Europa League level club in the PL, or a CL level club in another country. He's a brilliant advert for our youngsters to bide their time, but to also accept that all successful clubs need quality squad players like Zin who's mostly willing to play second fiddle.
