I was one of the muppets who thought the squad turnover might've been too extreme. However, it's apparent that the refresh was needed. New lads are bringing new energy and different skills to the team. Good one Txiki and Pep!

It seems like it was the best move for all involved. Happy to see Jesus flourish at Arsenal and Sterling finally has a smile on his face. Yeah it's an odd one - think we may be a bit light in attack (in the wings) but difficult to make that argument when they've hit 6 and Alvarez has stepped up! From the Athletic pod/article about Akanji, they did reiterate the point about City not fully trusting Gomez yet.
