Not doubting Tolmie, but the twitter account you just posted have no credibility whatsoever, mostly known in the FPL community for posting early team news, which he almost never gets correct since he has no inside at all. Just a chancer that throws a lot out there based on guesses and rumors and hope something will stick so people someday will think he's some kind of ITK and follow him.
