Yeah, he doesnt want a loan though, wonder what the plan will be for him.
Feels like a player that had a good loan at Girona, would go in the Atletico set up and have a break through season which normally happens with Atletico talent. City just striking before that happens. 15 million fee could be seen as a bargain compared what he would cost if he does have a break through season at Atletico.

But nothing comes close to the impact of a parent.Amazing news mate and i think what you are doing is truly special. My daughter has down syndrome and a serious heart condition etc but goes into main stream primary school with a one to one support carer and we would be lost without him seriously! she currently has gone to nearly dying when born to little miss sassy like this:

I just read that City are about to come into a £10m payout from the Sours signing of Pedro Porro to a permanent deal. If Lavia moves to Arsenal I assume we will be looking at another large payday.
If we are able to secure a decent offer for Cancelo and maybe sell Laporte and Phillips, we could sign Gvardiol and still make this a very strong net spend transfer window.
