Kroos would take the piss in this league. Comfortably better than 99% of the midfielders and the other 1% play for us. He would almost immediately have the trust and faith from Pep which would help and allow us to play different midfield combinations if required.
I think Kroos would be great on a 1.5 year deal as a player that can play with Rodri or instead of Rodri. Yes, he's physically a bit washed up but with his reading of the game, passing, technique etc. he could easily start in any home game against bottom ten prem side and give Rodri a rest.
