Think most of his work is done before the end of the season, don't know who it is now but think Berrada did most of the summer leg work.
Usually it seems that way - targets identified, personal terms agreed etc and then the finance guys negotiate with the club. But this window seems a bit odder than most - no real concrete targets (Bruno G a possible exception), clubs wanting to do deals to beat PSR and uncertainty about some of our players getting heads turned.
