It’d be almost career suicide for him too. The expectation would be crazy coupled with playing in a league no one really watches.
I agree it would be career suicide. He’d be made the face of the league. The new face of PSG etc that’s a serious amount of pressure for a 16 year old.

He doesn’t have the close control or technical ability to play the possession game. Maybe as an understudy to Haaland he might work but that’s not happening.I’m not ever going to advocate signing the Saint, but it would be interesting to see how he’d progress with proper coaching.

I remember Napoli schooling us a few years ago (actually it was over 10 years ago). They had hamsik/levizzi/cavani as a 3 up front. Brilliant attacking side at the time. That’s the system the saint would work well in.Not for us, no.
