The emergence of academy talent is the most enjoyable aspect of watching our team, for me. If there was one change that I would make to the way we run things, it would be for greater, and more consistent use of the best academy players in the first-team.

We are only using our academy for making money and in the end young players will not sign for us as they will see that we don’t give youth a chance I nean probably that could change when the next coach comes after pep leaves but atm our academy is really for selling players.

Thing is young players do sign for us and continually will do! Why? Because they know if they don't make it at ours there chance of making it at another club is a lot higher than any other club in the premier!

Regarding our youth? Wonder why no one asked pep about them and how he talked about them beginning of the season and why certain players have had around 5mins in league games especially with our injury hit squad!

It’s only been the last few years where we have dropped the ball abit so we can pull it back abit but we need to start using our he young players more like Utd took a punt on Mainoo and gave him gane time . We can’t be any worse than we are atm can we .

Totally agree, young players don't have fear and some when given that chance revel in it and it gives their career an enormous boost and they never look back.
