Can we fast forward to Ornstein saying we’re in advanced talks with some random nobody’s heard of, then everyone saying said player is exactly what we need and City need to just just pay what the selling club want whatever that may be please?

In all seriousness, chill. Pep has openly admitted we need players in. That in itself is out of the ordinary and the club obviously know the situation we’re in.
By the end of Jan we’ll be a couple of players better off I’m certain. They won’t be flashy ones, but I’m confident the club know our shortcomings and will address it as best we can in a winter market

I am not 100% confident given how our transfer windows went down recently after the treble. we took our foot off the gas and now we need a huge rebuild potentially even replace those who came in recently like Nunes, Phillips etc. instead of those we should have got players who are 100% part of our next 4-5 seasons.

But, but, but a lot of people on here see some player that have had a good game against us and want to sign them, in total I estimate we will have a squad of about 115 players there and thereabouts ;)
