He's in light training, but sounds like they'll treat him with kid gloves, i wouldnt expect him to get minutes till Feb.

He is already able to jog and such, but needs to build to running, sprinting, then stamina.

Im guessing mid february at the earliest.

Appreciate that it's not an easy signing, but this team is absolutely crying out for Bruno Guimaraes. Watching him against the rags, he bossed the midfield in a way none of our players have since Rodri's injury. Given how unlikely it is to get him, certainly someone of that ilk should be a must.

Aside from the positional problems and lack of energy, it's particularly frustrating to see our players bottle every 50:50 tackle going. We desperately need someone in there to change that.

I missed that game but he's in great form at the moment. Sadly I don't expect it to happen. But I think it's the one that would address our biggest current need. Hope there's an alternative with similar qualities being looked at.
