Southampton also back for Liam Delap.

Sheff United want another 12-loan deal for McAtee and Doyle but Burnley are showing firm interest to buy both this summer.

Sell Mcatee and Doyle to Burnley instead of loaning to Sheffield United. It’s good to build a good relationship with Burnley who seems to play much more like our football.

Gvardiol is huge news and will be important when Laporte decides to leave (having two left footed defenders who excell at both lb and cb is amazing).

If we are to do business with west han for rice and keep Gundogan then this gotta mean we have given up on Phillips. Feels like a waste in my opinion and I really feel like rice is a worse fit for city than phillips.

No winger in the summer i guess, two cms and one left-footed defender. All at the cost at around 300m, crazy indeed.

do you think by getting Gvardiol we will be selling Laporte
I have a feeling he may use the charges as a reason to want out
Also think it’s time Bernardo left, used to love him but fed up now
We need energy on the midfield and gundogan ain’t gonna give us that so I’d probably let him leave as well

Rumours Laporte has wanted out for some time, nothing to do with recent events.
 
Gvardiol and Bellingham would significantly improve us but I’d also like to see us sign a left back (Gvardiol doesn’t count as he’s primarily a CB), an explosive winger and possibly another midfielder. Big summer ahead.
 
Gvardiol feels impossible, considering his release clause (£97.5m) can't even be triggered until 2024 and Leipzig have been pretty consistent in holding out.

Plus, there's the fact he was gushing about how he dreams of playing for Liverpool a couple of weeks ago.

Don't get me wrong, I think he's exactly what we need if Laporte wants out. But I can't see it.

Thanks for the updates tolm. Wonder what this could be. I don't think we're still in for Rice. But the only name standing out to me and for the sake of a winger is Bowen. Or maybe Paqueta

We could spend 400m this summer because we could be bringing in 200/250m so that’s that 4 top notch first team players
