His versatility is a big plus, could play any number of attacking roles for us but cant see us going in for him.
Messi doesn't do that MAIN thing this City team does as a collective: Run and press together. Pass.Might be a unpopular opinion but I do think Messi would be incredible in this City team, he's got 20 goals and 20 assists this season in a setup that doesn't work well, imagine what he could do with the manager that he had his best season under.
Become more of a provider as well so if Kev doesn't create, Messi can.
Felix can play all over the front 4. We are lacking depth there. Good option, although costs alot. Go for Kulu instead.I'd love Felix here,he'd fit like a glove.....but i suspect that ship sailed with the success of Alvarez.
It would complete Messi's football education - rocking up at Kenilworth Road. and taking the bus down the snake pass to Sheffield. But the final ignominy would be going into a game knowing he was going to loose - Spurs away.Might be a unpopular opinion but I do think Messi would be incredible in this City team, he's got 20 goals and 20 assists this season in a setup that doesn't work well, imagine what he could do with the manager that he had his best season under.

I think it would be amazing. But I don’t think the club deals this way anymoreMight be a unpopular opinion but I do think Messi would be incredible in this City team, he's got 20 goals and 20 assists this season in a setup that doesn't work well, imagine what he could do with the manager that he had his best season under.

Hence i'd prefer Kulusevski. A lot more quality for a lot less money.I just see it as unnecessary stockpiling when we already have others who can play across the front 4.
We have to be mindful of progress while maintaining a harmony.
Look at who he has just left,if you want proof.
There is nothing stopping him from playing for barca for a “normal” wage. They will sign players this summer so they could sign Messi.I think for the first time in Messi's career he's stuck, he wants Barca but Tebas won't let it go through. He has an offer from Saudi Arabia but his wife doesn't want to move there according to Argentine journalists, his agent wants him to go there but his family don't want to move there.
Where does he go. I dont see him at Chelsea or united. He's still too good for the MLS.
