Hasn't stopped Perez before.

The beating we gave them in the CL, a poor Barca team beating them in the league and several players leaving for noult. Perez will want a big spend, he craves the attention.
 
Mac Allister for less than £60m....unreal steal/damn...he would be the perfect successor for Ilkay...with him, foden,rodri we would be set in the midfield for the next 5 years..kova for £30-40m feels underwhelming & bellingham(£130-150m)/ rice(£100m) would be nuts
