Sorting out a deal with the player will never be an issue when we are Man City unless its a superstar on superstar wages. That option doesn't exist for everyone though. Spuds will buy him because they aren't getting the same quality for any cheaper.

You are right but Mahrez first touch is second only to Messi which means he doesn’t have to be genuinely quick
