low work rate. That is how Psg plays, all of their front 3-attackers are not required to track back as it appears and we have seen it over and over again. Mbappe and Messi behave the same way. Same thing with Jack at Villa, but at City his required to work off the ball. Actually I have watched Neymar put in more effort and work than Messi or Mbappe in a PSG shirt. His work rate might not be even be low at all, like you making it out to be.

Agree with many of your football points. One of the best halves of football against us in recent years was his performance in the Champions League. He ran rings around our midfield in that opening half, and his movement and speed of thought are genuinely exceptional.
